IL PIO: Il Pio is the heritage recipe of our Seghesio family for over a century. Produced following the grape harvest and allowed to cure in our old winery during the cold winter months, salumi was a staple in the family kitchen and a customary gift for the holidays.  With roots in Piedmonte, Italy this salumi features spices common in that region, most notably, clove, allspice, and nutmeg.  Perfect for Sonoma County red wines.”

SONOMA BIANCO: This recipe was created to evoke the culinary eden of Sonoma by including herbs that grow here naturally. Sonoma County herbs of rosemary and sage highlighted with Russian River Chardonnay.

SOPPRESSATA: First created in southern Italy where spicy flavors dominate, our Sonoma-made Soppressata is a perfect blend of red wine, garlic, Italian chilis, and a subtle hint of allspice. Bold in heat, spice, and color, with depth and range of flavor. Pairs well with white wines.
